We’ve reached a new stage in the development of our portal and are introducing tools to make your experience with the platform even better.
Meet the highlights: Personal Account and API Status. Your Personal Account will become your management hub on the portal — here you can quickly log in, configure your profile, and always stay updated on important events. With API Status, you’ll gain a convenient monitoring tool that promptly notifies you of incidents, scheduled maintenance, and changes in API availability.
Here’s how these tools will help you save time and make working with WB API more comfortable.
What’s New on the WB API Portal?
Manage Your Profile & Track API Status
With the launch of Personal Account and API Status, the portal becomes not only more functional but also a truly convenient assistant in your daily work. Previously, developers and businesses had to search for information in different places — now all key data is gathered in one interface, simplifying process management.
API Status
Stay Updated on Service Availability in Real Time
Status is a monitoring dashboard showing the health of all WB API services. With clear visuals and color indicators, you can instantly see the current stability of the system:
⬤ Grey — everything is working normally. 🟠 Orange — scheduled maintenance in progress, minor delays possible. 🔴 Red — a problem or incident detected that requires your attention.

Beyond simple status indicators, API Status provides detailed information about incidents within the past 60 hours: root causes, resolution timelines, and comments from the WB API team.
Event Types:
- ✅ All systems operational — WB API services are running normally.
- ⚙️ Possible incidents — automatically detected by the monitoring system and immediately displayed.
- ⚠️ Scheduled maintenance — pre-announced technical work that may temporarily affect API performance.
- ❗ Confirmed incidents — issues identified and verified manually by our specialists.
Personal Account
Your Personal Workspace
With the Personal Account, managing integrations becomes easier. In just a few clicks, you can:
- Register and log in using the phone number linked to your Wildberries customer profile
- Manage your profile and edit personal/contact details
- Use the event calendar, which consolidates all news, events, and API updates
API Status Integration with the Event Calendar
Events from API Status are integrated into your Personal Account calendar. Opening the calendar, you’ll see news, planned events, and details about current or upcoming technical activities.
For example, if maintenance is scheduled in a few days, you’ll immediately see it in the calendar. Clicking the event will take you to the API Status page with full details about start and end times, reasons, and potential service impact.
