We’ve expanded the functionality of the «Sales Funnel (Jam)» section and renamed it to «Seller Analytics CSV.» Now, you can export data based on specific search parameters in CSV format, as well as a report on search queries in JSON.
With this update, you’ll be able to conduct detailed analysis of search queries, compare conversions for different products, and quickly export the data in a format easily opened in Excel, Google Sheets, or BI systems. This will help you understand which keywords drive sales and how to optimize your marketing budget.
1. New circuit for DBS (seller-managed delivery). All DBS operations have been moved to a separate URL
.
2. Updated Documentation. Methods related to DBS are now grouped in a separate section for easier and quicker use.
This separation simplifies working with the DBS scheme, clearly distinguishing it from FBS and DBW.
In the promotion details method, a ranging
array has been added for cases where product ranking in promotions is enabled. The array reflects participation conditions and shows what level of boost
a product receives in search results.
This provides greater transparency: sellers can see what actions they need to take to improve their search rankings. Developers can automate the calculation of these conditions and provide suggestions on when to increase discounts or expand the product range in promotions.
A separate method for managing WB Club discounts has been introduced. In the responses to methods related to prices, the clubDiscount
and clubDiscountedPrice
fields have been added, showing the discount amount and the final price after applying the club discount.
This simplifies working with Wildberries’ loyalty program. Sellers can offer special conditions to active customers without changing the overall retail price. Developers can integrate automatic club discount settings into their systems, for example, by applying the discount to all required products in bulk.
A method for analyzing daily turnover dynamics has been added. It shows how quickly products are sold and how long they remain in stock, helping with better stock planning.
Knowing when a product «stagnates» for a long time allows you to take action: reduce the price, remove the product from the assortment, or increase the advertising budget. Developers can visualize this data in corporate systems, clearly showing when demand is particularly high or low.
Now, when querying orders and sales, the warehouseType
field is specified: «WB Warehouse» or «Seller’s Warehouse,» making it easy to see where the sale originated. This allows for consolidated analytics on different sales schemes, making logistics planning and cost calculation easier.
The srid
field is a unique order identifier associated with a return request. It automatically links the return to the specific order and avoids confusion when a customer returns multiple identical products.
With this update, bulk return processing becomes easier: an ERP or CRM system can instantly match the return request to the correct order.
Instead of using a template response, sellers can now provide a detailed reason for rejection. Return requests can now be rejected with a reason and a custom comment via rejectcustom
.
Now, you can test promotional calendar features in the sandbox without affecting real sales: see what a marketing campaign will look like, what parameters are needed to launch it, and how products will be included in the promotion.
Sellers will be able to quickly and conveniently delete activation keys using a new method and use longer descriptions and product titles (the maximum length of offer titles and content has been increased to 500 characters).
The comment
field (customer comment) for DBS and salePrice
field have been added when exporting new fulfillment tasks.
Information about storage costs has been added to the method for obtaining receiving coefficients and filtering by warehouses in the receiving option method. If you want to estimate the cost of storing on a particular warehouse, you load the coefficients and receive the needed data.
Now, sellers who don’t speak Russian can easily find and connect services. This makes WB API more accessible to international users.
In 2024, we not only added new features to the API but also worked on making existing tools more convenient and reliable. Below are seven key areas that defined the development of WB API over the past year.
In previous versions, documentation, updates, and training materials were scattered across different platforms, making it time-consuming to find the necessary information. Now, all documentation, guides, and change logs are consolidated in one portal. This makes it easier for users to:
Analytics is an essential part of sales management. In 2024, we focused particularly on reports and data that sellers and developers work with:
Within the «Jam» option
Result: Management decisions are made faster, the product range is shaped based on real market demand, and logistics expenses become more transparent.
Throughout the year, we actively developed pricing and promotion settings, releasing a new version of Pricing and Discount API and additional marketing modules:
Thanks to these updates, sellers have more precise control over pricing and the ability to tailor discounts to different customer categories.
One of the significant changes in 2024 was the introduction of a new simplified way to connect seller accounts to services via OAuth 2.0.
This provides sellers with quick, secure, and convenient solutions, while services only get access to the necessary data. This simplifies the integration process for both sellers and service developers.
The Tariffs API allows sellers to get detailed cost data: box and pallet rates, return tariffs, and product category commissions. This makes it easier for sellers to plan logistics costs.
We paid special attention to convenience for integrators, adding API for Chat with Customers, allowing communication with clients via external apps and automating dialogues.
The main takeaway from 2024 is that more tools are emerging in response to users’ own initiatives. We actively gather ideas and feedback from various sources. Our goal is to make business management easier and more effective for all sellers and integrators. Your suggestions help us prioritize and release the most demanded solutions.
Thanks to close collaboration with the community, new releases reflect real needs and deliver tangible benefits in operations.
As we continue developing WB API, we aim to create comfortable conditions for all partners, from small entrepreneurs to large international companies, from private developers to major integrators.
In 2025, we will focus on several key areas that will help manage business processes more effectively, build integrations, and uncover new opportunities for growth. Here are the key directions we’ll focus on in 2025.
Logistics is one of the key areas for Wildberries in 2025. The more accurately a seller can manage shipments, the faster their products will become available to customers. We plan to expand the functionality of FBW shipments via API to reduce manual operations, simplify logistics planning, and meet demand during peak periods.
We will continue to simplify the process of connecting sellers to ready-made solutions from the catalog and develop OAuth 2.0. Our plans include:
These changes will make the integration process even simpler and safer, enabling sellers to quickly connect ready solutions.
We plan to develop a unified space for communication and knowledge exchange, where developers and sellers can find relevant API information, share experiences, and get answers to their questions.
In this direction, we’ll focus on:
These steps will make working with the API more convenient, transparent, and accessible for all WB API users.
WB API is developing rapidly, and even bigger changes are ahead. In 2024, we laid a solid foundation that already allows sellers and developers to manage their business more effectively.
In 2025, we will continue to move forward, developing integrations, strengthening the developer community, and supporting our partners. Each of these directions is aimed at one goal — to make working with Wildberries easier and more efficient for everyone.
