Added the method for getting search cluster statistics for campaigns with manual and unified bids.

From November 5, IMEI will be required for the Smartphones subject, "subjectId":515 for the DBW and DBS assembly orders.

Added the field isBadTurnover — an indicator of a non-liquid product — to the responses of the methods:

The field will only be displayed for products with a low inventory index.

Added a method for getting stickers for cross-border assembly orders. Use this method to directly get stickers in PDF format.

Starting from October 23, we will disable the method for getting a list of links to stickers that are required for cross-bordering.

To the responses of the methods for getting supplies list and supply details added thestatusID field — supply status ID.

On November 3 will be disabled the fields with supplies types and statuses:

• statusName — supply status
• boxTypeName — supply type
• virtualTypeName — virtual supply type

Now, to specify the supply status and type, use the IDs:

• statusID — supply status ID
• boxTypeID — supply type ID
• virtualTypeID — virtual supply type ID

The corresponding of values is provided in the ID descriptions.

Combined campaigns with custom and standard bids into one type — 9. Campaign type 8 is deprecated, it will be impossible to create campaigns of this type starting from October 23. The bid type in a campaign is now specified in a separate field.

Updated the methods for Promotion campaigns to work with campaign type 9:

• The method Create campaign now creates campaigns of type 9 with custom or standard bid. The bid type is specified in the bid_type field in the response of the Custom bid campaigns information method
• To the response of the Custom bid campaigns information method added information about bid type in the bid_type field:

• The method Changing bids in campaigns with custom bid is now called Changing campaigns bids. To the request of this method added the placement parameter:

Now you can create campaign with custom or standard bid via one method. To specify the bid type in the campaign, pass it in the bid_type parameter of the method request:

• manual — custom bid, specified by default
• unified — standard bid

For campaign with custom bid, specify the display zones in the placement_types parameter:

• search — display in search, specified by default
• recommendations — display in recommendations

The method for creating campaign with standard bid is available by October 23.

On October 24 we will disable the field needFRefund with product refund information from the methods:

• Chat list
• Chat events

Use the separate method to retrieve buyers returns applications.

Added to the details for the weekly realization report:

• cashback_commission_change — loyalty program participation cost

Added new method for getting prices. Now you can specify more than one article in request.

Moved Promotion Statistics from Analytics and Data to Marketing and Promotions.

Added new version of the method for getting promotion statistics:

• Changed the request schema of the method — now only campaign IDs and time intervals need to be specified in the request.
• Changed the HTTP-request type — now the GET method should be used to get statistics.
• Added the field canceled — cancellations, pcs. The number of promoted products that were ordered but not delivered to the customer due to technical reasons.

Current version is available until September 30.

Added new fields to the response of the Courier info method:

• fullName — courier's full name
• pTimeFrom — date and time from which the courier will arrive
• pTimeTo — date and time by which the courier will arrive

Added to the details for the weekly realization report:

• order_uid — transaction ID. Orders in the same buyer's cart will have the same order_uid

On September 30 we will disable the methods:

• Setting/removing minus-phrases of phrase matching
• Setting/removing minus of exact match phrases

From September 17, IMEI will be required for the Smartphones subject, "subjectId":515 for the DBW and DBS assembly orders.

If IMEI is not specified, the assembly order cannot be transferred to delivery.

The previous conditions are no longer applicable.

A cashbacks array with information about promo bonuses added to the response of the method for getting balance:

• sum — promo bonuses, ₽
• percent — the percentage of the campaign budget top-up amount that can be paid with promo bonuses at one time
• expiration_date — promo bonuses expiration date

Added parameters for topping up the campaign budget with promo bonuses:

Added to the sandbox new methods for creating test feedbacks and questions. Created questions and feedbacks are stored for 5 days.

Added new error of the 200 response to the Processed upload details method:

You can't change the item price. Item was added to the Sale due to high inventory

The error means that the product is put on sale based on its inventory index.

Added new version of the method for getting list of failed product cards with errors (drafts). In the new version of the method implemented pagination and data transfer in batches.

The current version will be disabled on September 30.

Added fields descriptions to the method for getting seller warehouses list:

• isDeleting — warehouse is being deleted: false — no, true — yes.
  After deletion, the warehouse will disappear from the list
• isProcessing — warehouse is being updated: false — no, true — yes.
  Data update may take several minutes. When true, update and deletion of inventory will be unavailable

We are disabling the ability to update inventory for small-sized products for the FBS model on warehouses that correspond to over dimensional cargo products and dimensional cargo+ products.

All small-sized product inventories on unsuitable warehouses ("cargoType": 2 and "cargoType": 3) will be automatically deleted on September 10. Please move the inventories to suitable virtual warehouses ("cargoType": 1) before this date.

On September 8:

• we will add pagination parameters limit and offset to the method for getting documents list. It will be able to request a maximum of 50 elements
• it will be able to request a maximum of 50 documents in the method for getting documents

Starting from September 1, we will disable the method for obtaining the Turnover Dynamics report.

You can obtain the turnover dynamics data in the Stocks Report: the saleRate and avgStockTurnover objects.

Added method for getting minimum bids for product cards. Now you can obtain minimum bids by parameters:

• nm_id — WB articles array
• advert_id — campaign ID
• payment_type — payment type
• placement_types — display zones

We will disable the method for getting promotional configuration values on September 16. New method for obtaining configuration values will be announced later.

Added new fields to the response of getting new assembly orders method:

• finalPrice — the sum charged to the buyer in the currency of sale including all discounts, multiplied by 100
• convertedFinalPrice — the sum charged to the buyer in the currency of the seller's country including all discounts, multiplied by 100

Currency codes are specified in thecurrencyCode and convertedСurrencyCode fields. The sums are provided for informational purposes only.

Added the wholesale object to the requests and responses of the Content methods. Use it to:

• create and create with merge product cards for wholesale
• identify them in the lists of product cards and product cards in trash

Added new methods for campaigns with custom bid, previously, Auction:

Starting from September 9, it will be impossible to get campaigns with custom bid and change their bids using the Campaigns information and Changing bids methods.

Added list of complaint reasons submitted through the seller portal in the response of the method for getting list of reasons for complaints about feedbacks and product issues:

• 11 — Review is not related to the product
• 12 — Review was left by competitors
• 13 — Spam advertisement in the text
• 14 — Spam advertisement in photo or video
• 15 — Inappropriate content in photo or video

The lists of complaint reasons on the seller portal and in the API are different. It is not possible to submit a complaint via the API using a reason from the seller portal.

If a complaint is submitted via the seller portal (for example, 13 — Spam in the text), the reason specified on the portal (13 — Spam in the text) will be displayed in the responses of the methods for getting the feedback by ID, feedbacks list and the list of archived feedbacks.

If a complaint is submitted via the API (for example, with reason 3 — Spam), the reason passed via the API will be displayed in the responses of the same methods, while the corresponding reason from the seller portal list (13 — Spam in the text) will be displayed on the seller portal.

Starting September 1, IMEI is required for products costing 20,000 rubles or more for assembly orders of DBW, DBS, and In-Store Pickup models.

If the IMEI is not specified:

• DBW and DBS assembly orders cannot be processed to delivery
• for In-Store Pickup assembly orders, it will be impossible to notify that the assembly order is ready for pickup

Now in the sandbox In-Store Pickup assembly orders automatically receive the same orderCode, if you create multiple assembly orders with a single request. The generated orderCode is passed in the response of the method of getting new assembly orders.

Added new fields to the response of the Box tariffs method:

• boxDeliveryCoefExpr — coefficient Logistics, %. The logistics cost is multiplied by it. Already included in the tariffs
• boxDeliveryMarketplaceBase — FBS logistics of the first liter, ₽
• boxDeliveryMarketplaceCoefExpr — coefficient FBS, %. The FBS logistics cost is multiplied by it. Already included in the tariffs
• boxDeliveryMarketplaceLiter — FBS logistics of every next liter, ₽

The field boxDeliveryAndStorageExpr will be removed on August 19.

Now when forming a supply for delivery to a pickup point, it is enough to specify the number of boxes when adding them to the supply. It is no longer necessary to add a list of assembly orders to the box.

Starting August 18, will be disabled:

• the methods for adding and deleting assembly orders from boxes
• list of assembly orders in the method for getting the list of boxes. The orders array will be removed from the method response

Separate environment for working with DBW model methods:

• Starting from November 7, working with DBW assembly orders will only be available via designated URLs like https://marketplace-api.wildberries.ru/api/v3/dbw/...
• Added a method of getting courier information 

Information on all DBW methods is now in the new DBW Orders section of the documentation.

Divided rate limits for Marketplace methods according to sales models:

Starting from September 1, in the method for adding assembly orders to a supply, an error 409 will be returned if the officeID of the assembly order does not match the destinationOfficeID of the supply.

The destinationOfficeId field will only be present in new supplies. If the supply has a cargoType field, changes will not affect it.

In the sandbox added new fields with the final product price that the customer paid to the information about DBS and In-Store Pickup assembly orders:

• finalPrice — the price in the currency of sale including all discounts, multiplied by 100

• convertedFinalPrice — the price in the currency of seller’s country including all discounts, multiplied by 100

Also added new fields to the information about In-Store Pickup assembly orders in the sandbox:

• convertedPrice — the price in the currency of seller’s country including all discounts, except the WB Wallet discount, multiplied by 100

• convertedCurrencyCode — the currency code of the seller's country

New fields are added to the responses of the methods:

• Get new orders list (DBS)

• Added 2 fields in details to the weekly realization reports:   
  • cashback_amount — amount withheld for accured loyalty program points
  • cashback_discount — reimbursement of the loyalty program

• Added 5 fields in the Goods Return Report:
  • reason — the reason for the return
  • orderId — assembly order number
  • readyToReturnDt — date and time when the return is ready for delivery
  • expiredDt — expiration date and time of the storage period
  • completedDt — date and time the seller received return

Starting from July 21, you can set the product expiration date in the metadata of FBS assembly order.

To check if you can set the product expiration date for assembly order, use the method Get new orders. If the response to the method has the value expiration in the requiredMeta field, you can set the product expiration date. If the response does not return the expiration value, it is not possible to set the product expiration date for this assembly order. 

To set the product expiration date, use the new method Add expiration date to the order. The minimum period is 30 days. The product expiration date can only be set for assembly orders in the confirm status. To change the expiration date, send a request with the new date.

To check the set product expiration date, use the method Get order metadata. The set expiration date will be displayed in the expiration field. If the field expiration contains the value null, the product expiration date hasn’t been set yet.

It is impossible to remove the expiration date from the metadata of the assembly order.

To the method response for getting the WB offices added the new federalDistrict field — federal district of the WB office. If the value of the field is null, the office is located outside the Russian Federation or the federal district is not specified.

Added fields in the response of the method for getting the list of warehouses:

• isActive — whether the warehouse is available as a destination warehouse
• isTransitActive — whether the warehouse is available as a transit warehouse

Starting from July 14, the limit for the method of getting reception options is 6 requests per minute.

In the new sandbox, you can test the In-Store Pickup orders methods. The sandbox is available via token with the Test Scope option.

The sandbox allows you to manage:

• assembly orders
• metadata

Methods for managing warehouses and warehouse inventory are also available.

Updated the sandbox description with a status model and separate test methods for creating and cancelling In-Store Pickup assembly orders.

• Starting from July 14th, in realization sales reports:
  • In 7 fields we’ll transmit data in percentages, not in fractions. The percentage value is 100 times greater than the value in fractions

    • includeSubstitutedSKUs — Show data for direct queries with promo items
    • includeSearchTexts — Show data for search queries without promo items
    • Both the parameters cannot have the value false at the same time
  • Field in responses of getting the main report, data to the main report with pagination by groups, and data for the main report with pagination by products in а group methods, also in the model SearchReportProductRes reports in CSV format:

• For sellers with the Advanced tariff now the maximum is 100:
  • The value of the limit parameter in the request of the getting the top search texts by product and the model SearchReportTextReq of creating reports in CSV format method
  • Number of elements in the searchTexts request array of the getting data on the number of orders and positions by queries method
• The Search Queries methods are only available with a Jam subscription

• The deprecated Retention Reports method for getting logistics and storage factor will be disabled on June 23
• We will soon add report methods for getting logistics and storage costs multiplier and warehouse measurements instead. Stay tuned for the updates

The refund object has been deprecated from the method for retrieving chat events. Now, events can only be of the message type. To obtain refund claims, use the buyers returns methods.

• Added an API-version of the seller balance widget to the main page of the personal account
• Access is provided via a token with the Finance category

Added the field replacementPhone to the retrieving buyer information method response — the main phone number for contacting the customer. It eliminates the need to enter additional codes.

The current contact method remains as a backup in case the replacementPhone is unavailable.

In the new sandbox, you can test the FBS orders methods The sandbox is available via token with the Test Scope option.

The sandbox allows you to manage:

• assembly orders
• metadata
• supplies
• passes

Additionally, methods for managing warehouses and warehouse inventory methods are available in the FBS orders sandbox

• Starting from June 5, the methods for creating, creating with merge, and editing product cards will be excluded from the general limit of the Content category — a maximum of 100 requests per minute for all methods. Now, each of these three methods will have a limit of 10 requests per minute. The limit for all other methods in the Content category will remain unchanged
• Please note that a single request can be used to create or edit up to 3000 product cards. We recommend including as many product cards as possible in one request to minimize the number of requests sent
• Keep in mind that within the limit, you should not send all requests simultaneously. Distribute requests evenly over the time unit of the limit (in this case, 1 minute). More details in the request limits documentation

We are gradually transitioning to a mechanism for retrieving files by ID instead of direct link access. This new approach eliminates direct access to message files.

Currently, the new mechanism affects a small portion of files. The file ID is provided along with "url":"". Gradually, files from all new messages will be accessible only by ID.

Changes:

• added a downloadID field to the files and images message structures — the file ID.

• added a method for retrieving a file from a message — use the file ID from the message body to obtain the file through this method.

We will notify you once the transition to the new file retrieval mechanism is complete.

For all messages containing a direct file link, the file retrieval mechanism will remain unchanged.

• In the response of the method for getting commissions by product categories, added the fields:
  • kgvpPickup — Commission on the model In-store pickup (C&C), %
  • kgvpBooking — Commission on the model Booking, %

• We have added the ability to obtain information on paid delivery:
  • the responses of methods for getting new and completed assembly task now include the groupId field — the ID of an assembly tasks group. The groupId combines tasks that have been received at the same seller warehouse (warehouseId) and as a part of the same customer transaction (orderUid). The field groupId also provides data on paid delivery.
  • implemented a method for getting information on paid delivery .

• Added a new sandbox for testing DBS orders methods (available via token with the Test Scope option). The sandbox allows you to manage:
  • assembly orders
  • metadata
  • warehouses and warehouse inventory
• Also added a separate test method for creating DBS assembly orders

• In the response samples of the prices and discounts methods, updated the errorText values (see details below)

• On April 29, we will remove the outdated field orderType – the type of order – from the responses to the Orders and Sales methods. Data on return orders to sellers is not transmitted via the Orders and Sales methods

• The irrelevant Sales Funnel method for retrieving product card group statistics for a period will be disabled on April 29. Use other Sales Funnel methods instead

• On April 28 we will add new fields to the response of the Realization sales report method:
  • wibes_wb_discount_percent — Wibes discount, %
  • installment_cofinancing_amount — Co-financing program discount

Starting April 30, you will not be able to delete or update inventory at warehouses if the warehouse is already being updated or deleted.

In response to a request for such a warehouse, you will receive an error with status code 409 and the message "The store is processing"

Please wait a few seconds and try the request again.

Starting May 26, you will not be able to update the inventory of small-sized goods ("cargoType": 1) using the FBS model if the virtual warehouse is designated for oversized and large items. These inventories can only be deleted.

Therefore, we recommend transferring the inventory of small-sized goods to appropriate virtual warehouses now.

As per your requests, we wrote the instruction on rate limits in the General section. Included links to the instruction in annotations for all methods

• Added to the description of Nomenclatures list method the needKiz field – is a labeling code required for the product

• In the new version, the report is generated asynchronously using separate methods: creation, status checking, and report retrieval. This ensures stable report generation regardless of data volume
• The current method will be disabled on May 29

Added a method for changing product cards bids.

The Bid update method will be disabled on 27 april.

Added a method for obtaining delivery date and time.

The fields: ddate — planned delivery date, dTimeFrom — delivery time "from" and dTimeTo — delivery time "to" in the method for obtaining new orders will be disabled on April 9.

• On March 24, we will exclude the inWayToClient, inWayFromClient, and quantityWarehousesFull fields from the getting report method
• Along with data on individual warehouses, products in transit and the total stock amount will be transmitted in the warehouses array —in the fields warehouseName and quantity. In warehouseName, the column names from the report version in the personal account are specified. This means that the value of warehouseName can be both "Koledino" and "To the client"

Added a B2B sale indicator to the API orders methods.

Added a B2B sale indicator to the orders information (FBS and DBS) — the isB2B field in the options structure.

In orders completed before February 26, the isB2B will always be false, even if it was a B2B sale.

• The weight of a packed product must now be provided in the weightBrutto parameter of the dimensions object during the creation, creation with merge, and editing of product cards. The weight should always be in kilograms.
• We have also added the weightBrutto field to the dimensions object in the list of product cards and list of product cards in the trash.
• On March 12, we will disable the transmission of objects containing the weight of the packed product in the responses of the method for obtaining subject characteristics.
• On March 31, we will disable specifying the weight of the packed product in the characteristics array. Afterward, if requests for creation, creation with merge, and editing of product cards contain objects with the weight of the packed product, a response with a status code of 400 will be returned.
• Also, on March 31, we will disable the transmission of the packed product in the characteristics array in the list of product cards and list of product cards in the trash.
• These changes do not affect the current algorithm for specifying the weight of the unpacked product. It will continue to be transmitted in the characteristics array in all the methods mentioned earlier.

• Added links to the WB help center in the Russian version of API documentation. They can be found in the annotations to the method sections. Example

We plan to disable all subdomains ending with wb.ru that were listed on the openapi.wb.ru portal — they are not used in the new documentation. Instead of supporting two domains — wildberries.ru and wb.ru — we will only retain wildberries.ru.
