WB API Updates for December 2024

In December, we introduced several important updates to the API, covering product management, marketing and promotions, customer communication, and reporting. Here’s a summary of the key changes in our monthly update.


New API for WB Club Discounts

What’s new:

  • Added a method to set WB Club discounts.
  • Introduced a clubDiscount field (indicating the WB Club discount rate) to methods for detailed uploads, as well as methods for retrieving product prices, discounts, and sizes.
  • Added a clubDiscountedPrice field (price including WB Club discount) to methods for retrieving product prices and sizes.

You can now manage promotions and the WB Club loyalty program directly via the API, simplifying the process of setting special prices and tracking discount trends.

Terminology Changes in the «Product Management» Section

What’s changed:

  • «Tag» has been replaced with «Label».
  • «Nomenclature» has been replaced with «Product Card».
  • «Product Card» has been replaced with «Unified Product Card».
  • Methods related to seller warehouses have been moved from the «FBS Orders» section to «Product Management».

Consistent terminology makes reading the documentation even easier.

Deprecation of suppliers-api.wildberries.ru

Deactivation Date: 30.01.2025

The domain suppliers-api.wildberries.ru for Content, Marketplace, and News methods will be discontinued. New domains are already available as replacements:

  • content-api.wildberries.ru — for Content
  • marketplace-api.wildberries.ru — for Marketplace
  • common-api.wildberries.ru — for News

This change will enable faster and more efficient updates to individual modules and reduce the risk of disruptions caused by multiple services coexisting on a single domain.

If you’re using the old domain, please switch to the new addresses to avoid potential integration issues after January 30, 2025.


Product Ranking in Promotions via API

The response of the promotion details method now includes a ranging array. This array provides information on ranking types, the percentage of products (participationRate) required to reach a new level, and the current search boost.

Greater transparency and flexibility in ranking mechanisms aim to enhance the quality of marketing campaigns.

Updates to the Promotion API

New Method for Retrieving Configuration Values

A new method has been introduced to fetch campaign configuration parameters, such as minimum campaign budgets, minimum bid sizes, and other necessary values for ad campaign setup.

With configurations now accessible directly via the API, you can save time and reduce the risk of incorrect settings.

Auction Product Bid Visibility

The campaign information retrieval method now includes an auction_multibids structure, which displays bids for auction products.

Direct access to auction bids enables more precise budget and strategy management, improving the evaluation of boosted bid performance.


New srid Field in the Customer Returns API

A new srid field — the unique order ID used to create a return request — has been added to the customer returns request method.

This addition allows sellers to handle returns more efficiently, respond to claims faster, and maintain better records.


New Turnover Dynamics Report

A new method for retrieving daily turnover dynamics data has been added.

Now sellers can quickly analyze how fast products are selling and assess the effectiveness of promotional strategies. With this report, you can make swift decisions to optimize your assortment and improve financial performance.

New warehouseType Field in Order and Sales Methods

The warehouseType field, which can be either «WB Warehouse» or «Seller Warehouse», has been added to order and sales retrieval methods.

This field helps determine the sales model without requiring cross-referencing other methods. With this new field, you can easily identify where products are stored (at WB’s warehouse or your own), making it more convenient to plan shipments and manage inventory.

Please note the deactivation date for the old domain suppliers-api.wildberries.ru — January 30, 2025. Review your integrations and update them to the new domains (content-api, marketplace-api, common-api) to ensure uninterrupted functionality.
