Added the fields with information about seller own promos with additional discounts to the details for the realization reports:

• seller_promo_id — seller own promo ID with additional discount
• seller_promo_discount — additional discount from seller promo, %

The new fields will be displayed in daily reports starting with the report for December 29, and in weekly reports starting with the report for December 29–31.

Starting March 11, we will disable the deprecated method for getting the Supplies report.

Use the Supplies Information methods to get the supply data.

Added the new methods for getting reports with underreporting of package dimensions:

• Logistics and Storage Costs Multiplier
• Warehouse Measurements

The deprecated method for getting this data will be disabled on January 27.

Added responses with moderation statuses for the Get File from the Message method:

• 202 The file is under moderation
• 451 Moderation failed

As we shift to work with campaigns with custom and standard bids — 9 type, from February 2 we will disable the deprecated methods for standard bid campaigns — 8 type:

• List of Product Cards for Campaign with Standard Bid
• Changing the List of Product Cards in a Campaign with Standard Bid
• Statistics of a Campaign with Standard Bid by Phrase Clusters

The deprecation date for the Setting/Removing Minus-phrases for Campaigns with Standard Bid method changed from January 15 to February 2.

In the response of the Chat List method, we added the lastMessage object with information about the last message in the chat:

• text — message text
• addTimestamp — message time

Added the delivery_method field with information about the sales method and cargo type to the details for the realization reports. Now you can match report items with rates based on the delivery method.

The delivery_method field is only displayed for FBS , FBW, and DBW models.

The new field will de displayed in daily reports starting with the report for December 22, and in weekly reports starting with the report for December 22–28.

Updated the Realization Sales Report method responses. Now, if there is no data, the method returns the 204 No Data response, rather than an empty array [] in the 200 Success response.

Added the method for getting the Substitution and Incorrect Attachments report.

The deprecated methods for getting this data will be disabled on January 20:

Now you can use WB API to create and manage campaigns with cpc payment type — cost per click.

Added new versions of the methods:

• Campaign Information
• Minimum Bids for Product Cards
• Changing Campaigns Bids

Added the payment_type parameter — campaign payment type — to the following methods:

• Create Campaign
• Subjects for Campaigns

In the new versions of the methods, bids are displayed and passed in kopecks, not rubles. Previous versions of the methods will continue to support bids in rubles and will be available until February 2:

On February 2 we will also disable the deprecated versions of the methods

To the Get New Assembly Orders method response added a new sellerDate field with recommended delivery date for over dimensional products to the sorting center or warehouse.

The sellerDate field is only displayed for assembly orders with over dimensional products ODC, cargoType: 2.

Delivery over dimensional products to the warehouse on the recommended date facilitates acceptance and timely shipment to buyers. If oversized products are delivered to the warehouse earlier, the seller pays for storage until the recommended date. If items are delivered after the recommended date, a higher storage rate applies.

Added new statuses for DPX shipments to the response of the method Status History for Cross-Border Orders:

• dispatched_to_delivery_service — the order is handed over to delivery service in the seller country
• on_way_to_delivery_service — the order is on the way to delivery service's warehouse in the seller country

Added method for getting product brands by subject ID.

Use it to work with product cards. When creating a card, you can specify any brand that is available for the subject you need.

Added Pinned Feedback methods. Now you can use WB API for:

• getting the list of pinned or unpinned feedback 
• pinning feedback 
• unpinning feedback 
• getting pinned or unpinned feedback number 
• getting pinned feedback limits 

The method for pinning feedback is available for Jam subscription or Pin a feedback tariff option.

Now you can use WB API to get stickers for FBS assembly orders not only in the confirm status — in assembly, but also in the complete status — in delivery.

Added status values for cross-border DPX shipments in the wbStatus field of the Get Assembly Orders Statuses method response:

• accepted_by_carrier — accepted by carrier. The order is handed over to delivery service in the seller country
• sent_to_carrier — dispatched to carrier. The order is on the way to delivery service's warehouse in the seller country

Added chrtId — product size ID — to the inventory management methods:

• Get Inventory — in request and response
• Update Inventory — in request
• Delete Inventory — in request

A product can only have one chrtId. You can get this using the Product Cards List method

Starting February 9, we will no longer use sku for inventory management

• Starting January 15 we will disable the methods:
  • Setting/Deleting Fixed Phrases
  • Managing the Activity of Fixed Phrases
  • Setting/Removing Minus-phrases for Campaigns with Standard Bid
  • Statistics on Keywords for Campaign with Custom Bid
  • Statistics on Keywords Up-to-date methods for working with search clusters and negative phrases are available in the Search Clusters subsection.
• Moved the method for getting search cluster statistics to the Statistics subsection.

Added a new Seller User Management methods. With these methods, you can:

• Create an invitation for a user with access to the seller account
• Get a list of the seller active or invited users
• Update user's access permissions for the seller account
• Revoke a user's access to the seller

You can manage user access only with a token from the active owner of the seller account.

To authorize, generate a Personal token with the Users category.

Moved the Acceptance Coefficients method to the Tariffs section. It will now be available by domain common-api.wildberries.ru. That is you can access supply tariffs with a token of any category.

In the Tariffs section, the method is named Supply Tariffs the same as the subsection on the seller portal, the address is GET /api/tariffs/v1/acceptance/coefficients.

Supply tariffs by domain https://supplies-api.wildberries.ru will be available till February 3.

Starting from December 8, the maximum value of the limit parameter in the request for the Sales Funnel Product card statistics for the period method will be 1000. The offset parameter remains unchanged.

On December 11, we will remove the deprecated valuation field — average rating of all feedbacks — from the response of the Unanswered Feedbacks method.

Removed data for campaigns with deprecated types from the responses of the Campaigns Lists and Campaigns Information methods. The removed types are:

• 4 — in catalog
• 5 — in product card
• 6 — in search
• 7 — in recommendations on the main page

It has been unavailable to create campaigns of these types since March 2024.

Added to details for the realization reports:

• payment_schedule — one-time instant money withdrawal rate

The field is used to display the commission for the service Withdraw Now.

We are temporarily removing complaint management from the API. On December 8, we will disable the following methods:

1. Get Lists of Reasons for Complaints about the Feedback and Product Issues
2. File a Complaint about the Feedback, Report a Product Issue

You can manage complaints through your personal account. This will help ensure data accuracy and simplify working with feedbacks.

We will provide a separate announcement when complaint management via the API is available again.

To the response of the Get New Assembly Orders method added a field optionalMeta with a list of metadata that could be specified in the assembly orders. A supply with the assembly order without this metadata can be transfered to the delivery, but metadata may be required, for example, when a customer returns a product.

The list of metadata that is required for the assembly order to be transferred to the delivery is specified in the requiredMeta field.

If your product requires mandatory marking, you must specify all metadata whether it was received in requiredMeta or optionalMeta field (see 4.6 of the Offer).

We recommend adding all metadata received in the requiredMeta and optionalMeta fields to the assembly orders.

Added a new version of the Get Assembly Orders Metadata method for FBS model. You can now pass up to 100 assembly task IDs in a single request, instead of just one.

Current version of the method will be disabled on December 24.

Starting November 27, in the Campaign Statistics method request, you will be able to pass a maximum of 50 campaign IDs in the ids array.

On December 4, will add the ChrtID column to the report of the StocksReportRes model. In the report creation request, the reportType of of this model is STOCK_HISTORY_REPORT_CSV.

The column will be displayed between SizeName и RegionName.

This report model is available without the Jam subscription.

Added a new version of the Add Assembly Orders to the Supply method. You can now pass up to 100 assembly task IDs in a single request, instead of just one.

The current version of the method will be disabled on December 18.

Increased the maximum number of elements in the sgtins array. You can now add up to 100 Data Matrix codes for FBS assembly order in one request.

Moved search clusters methods to the separate subsection.

Starting from November 19, the following methods will be disabled:

• Get response templates 
• Create a template 
• Edit template 
• Delete the template

Added Sales Funnel methods with new v3 version:

• Product Cards Statistics per Period
• Product Cards Statistics per Days
• Grouped Product Cards Statistics per Days

In the new version, we:

• Expanded the list of main metrics
• Added sales funnel metrics for WB Club
• Changed the pagination in the Product Cards Statistics per Period method
• Removed error fields from successful 200 responses
• Added the addToWishList field to the SalesFunnelProductRes and SalesFunnelGroupRes response models of the Get the report method in the Seller Analytics CSV

Methods with the current version v2 will be disabled on December 9.

In the Buyer information method response added the empty string value description in the fields:

• replacementPhone
• phone
• additionalPhoneCodes
• phoneCode

No values ("") in these fields means that the phone numbers or phone codes are not assigned for the buyer yet.
