This will help create more accurate analytics and automate processes. After testing, this method will become available to all WB API users.

Starting October 14, photos transmitted via the method for retrieving customer return requests are now provided in WEBP format instead of JPEG, offering higher quality and smaller file sizes. Additionally, the Returns API now allows you to reject requests with a custom seller comment. You can use the rejectcustom

parameter. This gives buyers a fuller understanding of the reasons for the rejection.
